Selection Process:
While we greatly appreciate all donation requests, not all submissions will be selected for funding or support. Donation Purpose
All donations made will be used for the purpose described as outlined on the Donation Request Form. Your donation will support the activities or initiatives stated at the time of donation.

Tax Deductibility
If you state your organization is a registered nonprofit organization, you will provide all documentation necessary. Wash and Wik’s donation may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. A tax receipt will be provided for all donations, if applicable. You acknowledge that you are being truthful about your organization’s status.

Payment Method
Monetary donations will be made via credit card or check. The individual filing out the Donation Request Form is responsible for providing the proper payment information.

Privacy and Confidentiality
Any personal information you provide on the Donation Request Form will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purpose of Organization selection. We respect your privacy and will not share your information with third parties, except as required by law. If you or your organization gives Wash and Wik written permission to share its contribution, Wash and Wik may do so across social media platforms, websites, emails, or wholesale platforms.

No Goods or Services in Exchange
Unless otherwise specified, donations are not in exchange for any goods or services. Wash and Wik is making a charitable contribution with no expectation of return.

Changes to Donation Terms and Conditions
Wash and Wik reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and donations made after such changes will be subject to the updated terms.

Damage or Loss
Wash and Wik is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages or losses that may result from their donation, including, but not limited to, issues related to payment processing.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Florida and any disputes related to donations will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
