No Returns / Refunds on Private Labeling (anything submitted via this form). Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for Private Labeling. We do not accept cancellations once payment is made.

Minimum of 12 candles per size, per scent. This is a hand-poured, small batch item. Soy wax is very soft and (although not likely) small indents on the surface may occur. Yellowing may occur naturally over time as Wash + Wik does not use chemical additives, and the candle is in a clear vessel. Yellowing can be avoided or lessened by keeping candles out of direct sunlight. This will not affect the use of the candle. Sometimes the look of frosting may occur due to the use of clear glass vessels. This is a natural byproduct of natural wax and in no way affects the burn ability or fragrance of a candle. It is caused by tiny crystal growth that forms on the top and sides of the wax.

Improper use of candle and failure to read instructions on the bottom may result in a poor burn.

If customer choses to label the candle themselves, Wash + Wik will still include a bottom label with manufacture’s information as that is required by law.

Payment will be received via Helcim invoicing, which will be sent to the email address listed above. Sales tax can be waived with valid Resale Certificate. If customer initiates a charge back, Wash + Wik will apply a $50.00 processing fee for each individual charge-back.
