How to clean your reusable candle vessel:
Thank you for purchasing a reusable Wash + Wik candle! Whether you chose our Rocks Glass Candle or Reusable Beer Stein Candle, you're just a few simple steps away from giving your vessel a second life. Follow the instructions below to safely clean and repurpose your glass for years of enjoyment.

When only ¼” of soy wax remains:

Boil water in a pot or kettle.
- ⚠️ Important: Do NOT microwave water in the glass — candle jars contain a small metal wick tab that can be unsafe in the microwave.

Pour hot water into the candle jar, filling it about ¾ of the way.

Let the wax melt and rise. As the soy wax melts, it will float to the top. Leave the jar to sit for about 1 hour.

Remove the wax. Once the wax has cooled and hardened into a disk, carefully dump the water and wax into the trash.

Remove the wick tab. Gently pry off the metal wick tab. If it’s stuck, pour in more hot water to help loosen it. ⚠️ Important: The metal tab can be sharp.

Clean the jar. Peel off the bottom label, then wash the glass thoroughly with hot, soapy water.
- Enjoy your new glass! Now it’s ready to use — pour your favorite drink, add flowers, or repurpose however you like. 🍹✨
- We DO NOT recommend placing spent candle in dishwasher as wax could clog your dishwasher.
